Pulse Gateways (P/N PP-PLS-GW-4) that received firmware 4.11.2 between 2026-05-20 and 2026-05-27.
Issue
A regression in the J1939 CAN parser can cause the gateway to discard trailer sensor packets when the tractor reports a stale wheel-based speed signal. Result: trailer positions display 'No Data' in the Fleet Console despite sensors being healthy.
Remediation
PressurePro has staged firmware 4.11.3 to all affected gateways. Force-refresh from Administration → Firmware → Force Check on any gateway showing the issue. No hardware replacement is required.
Verification
After the update completes (approximately 4 minutes), all previously reporting trailer positions should return to normal state within one heartbeat cycle.
